A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to the account of any guest who smokes in his/her room.
Studio
Our newest room type, the Studio room, is the same size as our Century room (260 sq ft), but is completely redone
in a contemporary, yet cozy style. The Studio room boasts a wall mount flat screen television, designer office chair,
leather club chair, all custom woodwork, refrigerator, microwave, wired/wireless internet, European style walk-in shower,
contemporary lighting and bathroom fixtures, sweet dreams bedding (feather bed, down comforter, all-white linens,
Pierson mattress). The following generous amenities included with the Studio room: wired and wireless Internet,
Sweet Dreams bedding system, DVD player with surround sound, cordless phone, coffee maker with Seattle's Best
coffee, Bath and Body Works bath amenities, iron, hairdryer and hot breakfast buffet. Cocktails are also included
(except on Sundays).
Deluxe
Since they opened, our Deluxe Rooms have proven themselves the most-asked-for rooms in Downtown Peoria!
Located on the top two floors, Deluxe rooms are slightly larger (377 sq feet) than our Century Rooms (260 sq ft) and offer spectacular views of either
the Illinois River or Downtown Peoria. The new and improved Deluxe Rooms feature a contemporary
décor - dark wood custom furnishings, leather club chair, and modern bath with European walk-in shower.
The following generous amenities included with the Deluxe room: wired and wireless Internet, Sweet Dreams
bedding system, DVD player with surround sound, cordless phone, coffee maker with Seattle's Best coffee, Bath
and Body Works bath amenities, iron, hairdryer and hot breakfast buffet. Cocktails are also included
(except on Sundays).
Century
Our Century Rooms feature a cozy boutique atmosphere offer all the amenities necessary
for business or leisure travel. Slightly smaller than our Deluxe Rooms (260 square feet),
Century rooms boast the Sweet Dreams bedding system (feather bed, down comforter and
all-white linens), which many of our guests say is more comfortable than their own!
Check out a DVD from the front desk and take advantage of the DVD player with surround sound.
The oversized working desk features two line desk phone as well as cordless phone. Century
Rooms are also equipped with refrigerator and microwave.

Facilities for persons with disabilities
The Mark Twain Hotel currently is renovating rooms which will be ADA compliant.
Until rooms are finished, we can accommodate persons with disabilities by providing shower
stool and toilet extender in rooms which have grab bars in the bath and 36" doorway
widths. Please contact hotel directly to ensure accessibility.

Services and Facilities
Parking
Parking is available for customers of the Mark Twain Hotel, Two25, and the Packard Plaza in the open lot directly behind the hotel. Parking in the Hamilton Square parking deck (entrance off of Hamilton Street) will be validated at the front desk for overnight hotel guests only.
Fitness Center
The Mark Twain Hotel Fitness Center is location on the lower level and is open every day
from 6am – 11pm (and at other hours through the front desk). This recently renovated
fitness center is equipped with stairmaster, treadmill, free weights, sound system, and
televisions with DVD players.
Business Services
We have made every effort to offer practical technology to our guests with no additional fees.
We have outfitted all of our guest rooms and our public space with both wired and wireless
internet access at speeds up to 50 times faster than dial-up. Services also include fax,
same-day valet service, and complimentary newspapers. We also offer PrintMe, which
allows you to print any document from your computer to a queue at our front desk. Simply go
to the desk and enter in your access code and your documents will print while you wait.
Pet policy
Well-behaved pets are welcome at the Mark Twain Hotel. A $50 security
deposit is required and will be refunded upon successful room inspection after check out.
In the event that damages are incurred or deep cleaning is required as a result of housing
your pet, the security deposit will be forfeited. For the safety of our guests and staff,
we also ask that your pet be kept in a travel carrier or crate when left in the room alone.
